Homa is seeking a Creative Developer to sit at the intersection of game development, creative production, and performance marketing. You will use Unity and C# to rapidly modify existing games, prototype new gameplay ideas, and build tools that help the Creative team produce and test high-performing ads.

Based in Europe, this full-time freelance role focuses on fast prototyping, tool-building, and collaboration with Creative, Game Dev and UA teams, with AI-assisted workflows and attention to

Formación

• Proven Unity and C# proficiency in mobile game context.
• Experience turning ideas into playable prototypes quickly.
• Strong understanding of performance creatives and playable ads.

Responsabilidades

• Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity: new mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations
• Build tools for Creative teams: create flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production
• Produce rapid iterations: create multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences
• Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure features work reliably
• Iterate from performance data: use ad results and learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay
• Contribute to ideation: participate in brainstorming and propose new gameplay, creative, and technical ideas
• Explore new technologies: leverage AI, and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity
