Kyndryl Inc. in Madrid is hiring two to three Creative Technologists to join the AI Innovation Lab. The role blends studio, workshop, and proving-ground activities to frame challenges, build prototypes, and decide what to pilot, iterate, or scale.

You will design human-centered experiences, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, and prototype rapidly using low-code and AI-powered tools, ensuring responsible experimentation and alignment with business goals.

Formación

• Human-centered and systemic thinking applied at a strategic level, tying user experience to business goals.
• Strategy through making: reduce ambiguity with artifacts and experiments to inform decisions.
• Participatory facilitation: lead executive workshops and hands-on making sessions.
• Cross-disciplinary fluency: collaborate credibly across consult, design, business, data, security, and client teams.
• AI experience literacy: understand generative/agentic systems, uncertainty, and user trust.
• Responsible experimentation: explicit data use, safety, and ethical considerations.
• Evidence-led storytelling: distinguish observed vs assumed vs simulated results.
• Enterprise pragmatism: move quickly while respecting governance and security constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the right challenge with sponsors and users to define the key decision.
• Design and facilitate co-creation sessions with executives, experts, and frontline users.
• Make ideas tangible with sketches, scenarios, or working software for feedback.
• Prototype with participants during and between sessions, balancing fidelity and learning.
• Design human-agent collaboration patterns including autonomy, approvals, and overrides.
• Test value and feasibility by examining desirability, data readiness, security, and cost.
• Synthesize observations into opportunity areas and stop/iterate/pilot/scale plans.
• Partner with delivery leads to ensure validated concepts have an owner and a clear path forward.
• Contribute reusable methods, environments, and evaluation sets to build Lab as a capability.
