Kyndryl is seeking a Senior AI Architect (AI Agentic) to lead Generative and Agentic AI architectures that enable transformation across delivery teams. You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, guiding architecture, scalability, and responsible AI adoption at scale.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure architectural coherence and tangible business value while maintaining a culture of rigorous innovation and security.

Formación

• 7+ years designing large-scale AI/ML architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience building and governing end-to-end AI systems, including production deployment.
• Deep knowledge of AI and ML architectures, cloud-native solutions, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK) and RAG architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

The Role

At Kyndryl, we are looking for a senior AI Architect (AI Agentic) to lead the design of Generative and Agentic AI architectures that drive efficiency and transformation across delivery teams. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, providing architectural coherence and strategic direction across multiple teams and accounts.

You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, helping Kyndryl scale AI adoption in a responsible, sustainable, and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolution of end‑to‑end AI and Agentic AI architectures that enable innovation at enterprise scale.
• Shape Kyndryl's strategy, translating objectives into coherent, high‑impact architectures.
• Act as a technical authority, ensuring quality, scalability, and security are embedded into every solution.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams — from data scientists to engineers — toward architectural excellence and delivery of real business value.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, ensuring every initiative aligns with both innovation and operational goals.
• Foster a culture of technical rigor, creativity, and responsible AI, where emerging technologies are tested, adopted, and turned into value.
• Act as a technical reference and decision‑maker, aligning stakeholders and guiding architectural choices.

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale AI or ML architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience building and governing end‑to‑end AI systems, including production deployment.
• Deep knowledge of AI and ML architectures, cloud‑native solutions, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with multi‑agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK) and RAG architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated AI platforms (e.g., Azure ML, Vertex AI, OpenShift AI, Databricks).
• Solid understanding of MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to drive architectural direction and influence cross‑functional technical teams.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to edge AI on‑premise AI deployments in regulated industries.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate architectural visions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced studies (Master’s or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture are highly valued.
• Professional certifications including architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks are a strong plus.
• Continuous learning mindset with proven commitment to staying current on emerging AI and Agentic AI technologies.
