Kyndryl is seeking an AI Manager Technology Advisor to design end-to-end AI solutions and lead pre‑sales engagements across industries. You will translate business needs into technical proposals and present solutions to diverse stakeholders in English and Spanish.

The role combines deep AI expertise with consultative skills, partnering with data scientists, engineers, and account teams in a hybrid, customer-facing environment. Madrid-based with partial remote flexibility.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for multi-industry contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience for multi-industry customers, preferably in consulting.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, or GCP (ideally more than one).
• Strong background in AI system architecture, translating business needs into technical proposals.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, ML, and AI governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect AI solutions across generative AI, agentic AI, ML, MLOps/LLMOps, and governance frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end AI engagements from needs to technical approach and proposals.
• Explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and rigor.
• Provide pre-sales support including co‑creation workshops, demos, and solution validation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and account teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Contribute sector-specific strategies with domain expertise when applicable.
