Job summary

Happy Mammoth is seeking Creative Strategists to develop performance-driven advertising across Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels. You will create, test, and iterate ad concepts to scale winning creatives.

Work closely with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to turn data and consumer insights into compelling creative angles. This is a remote contractor role with EU working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into creative ideas.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, or other paid media platforms.

What You Would Work On

Creative Strategists at Happy Mammoth focus on developing advertising concepts that drive performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.

You would work closely with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to create, test, and iterate ad creatives based on data and consumer insights.

Your goal: find and scale winning ad angles.
