Role

Fast‑paced, bilingual (English & Spanish) Creative Strategist, a conceptual thinker and executional producer who thrives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
  • Briefing designers, video editors, and content creators – and providing structured creative feedback.
  • Conducting competitor and market research to fuel creative direction.
  • Collaborating closely with User Retention Managers (URMs) to align creative strategy with performance insights.
  • Sourcing and briefing content creators, including scripts, captions, and creative direction.
  • Overseeing static and video ad production, including basic editing and translations when needed.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology, storytelling, and creative trends.
  • Native‑level English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
  • Independent, proactive, and self‑managed (freelance setup).
