Job summary

TechTree, Paris-based, is hiring a Creative Strategist to transform fitness coaches into growth engines. You will shape coaches’ positioning and messaging and lead content creation across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to boost engagement and installs.

You will leverage performance data to optimise content, spot trends, and craft narratives that help coaches stand out in a fast-moving health and fitness landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in social media marketing, creator marketing or content strategy
• Experience working with creators, influencers or coaches
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Execution mindset — you ship fast
• Fitness or wellness experience is a strong plus

What You’ll Do

• Define coaches' positioning, messaging and content strategy
