Scopely busca un líder para Operaciones Creativas y Automatización en Barcelona, con modalidad híbrida. Coordinará proyectos de eficiencia operativa, flujos de trabajo y soluciones con IA, colaborando con equipos de Creative, Production, Marketing y Legal.

Se valorará experiencia en transformación operativa, gestión de KPIs y uso de plataformas como Wrike y herramientas de flujo. Ofrecemos oportunidad de impacto en un entorno de juegos móviles global.

Formación

  • 7+ años de experiencia en Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations o roles operativos similares.

Responsabilidades

  • Soportar la implementación y mejora continua de marcos operativos, flujos de trabajo, estándares y prácticas across Flamed.
  • Analizar flujos de trabajo existentes para identificar ineficiencias, cuellos de botella y oportunidades de optimización.
  • Ejecutar iniciativas de mejora de procesos priorizadas por la dirección de Operaciones Creativas.
  • Documentar flujos AI y de automatización, buenas prácticas y pautas de adopción.
  • Asistir en la formación y adopción de herramientas y monitorizar el rendimiento de la automatización.

Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Creative Operations & Automation Lead to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis!

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on the leading mobile mid-core games like Stumble Guys, among others.

What You’ll Do

This role is critical in helping Flamed scale efficiently through operational excellence, automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous process improvement. You will partner across Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations, and Technical teams to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business impact.

Operations Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational frameworks, workflows, standards, and best practices across Flamed.
  • Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Execute process improvement initiatives prioritised by Creative Operations leadership.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve operational documentation, process maps, and knowledge repositories.
  • Help establish consistent operational standards that improve efficiency, quality, visibility, and scalability across teams.
  • Support operational audits and reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and process records.
  • Track operational KPIs and performance metrics, providing data and insights to support leadership decision-making.
Automation & AI Enablement
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and recommend opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain workflow automations and operational system configurations under the direction of Creative Operations leadership.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives aligned with Flamed's AI roadmap.
  • Conduct research, testing, and pilot programs for emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies.
  • Document AI and automation workflows, best practices, and adoption guidelines.
  • Assist with AI training initiatives and support adoption efforts across the organisations.
  • Monitor automation performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Tools, Systems & Operational Administration
  • Serve as a hands-on administrator and subject matter expert for operational systems and platforms.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting structures, forms, and integrations across operational tools.
  • Support Wrike administration and workflow optimisation initiatives.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement approved system integrations and automation solutions.
  • Maintain operational reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve visibility into production and operational performance.
  • Support onboarding and training for new tools, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Ensure operational systems remain organised, scalable, and aligned with established governance standards.
Vendor, Financial & Operational Support
  • Support operational workflows related to vendor onboarding, procurement processes, invoice tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain operational records, reporting, and process documentation related to vendor and financial operations.
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing reports related to vendor performance, operational costs, and process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational workflows through automation and process improvements.
  • Support operational planning activities through reporting, analysis, and process coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate operational initiatives across Creative, Production, Marketing Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and User Acquisition teams.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into practical operational improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and operational practices.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams during operational improvement projects.
  • Escalate operational risks, dependencies, and blockers to Creative Operations leadership when appropriate.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
  • Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, workflows, approvals, and process records aligned with governance requirements.
  • Assist with operational controls, process adherence, and audit readiness activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to operational policies, procedures, systems, and standards.
  • Ensure operational processes follow established governance frameworks and approval structures.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to support compliance-related operational requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI advancements, automation platforms, and operational best practices.
  • Proactively recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational excellence.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of operational improvements through efficiency gains, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Production Operations, Program Management, Process Improvement, or similar operational roles.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing workflow automation solutions and scalable operational systems.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, operational reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities and business needs.
Bonus Points
  • Experience within gaming, technology, marketing, advertising, creative agencies, or content production environments.
  • Experience implementing or administering platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar operational systems.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and supporting operational efficiency, cost optimisation, digital transformation, or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLM-powered workflows, prompt engineering, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience improving financial operations, procurement workflows, vendor management, invoice processing, approval systems, or compliance-related processes.
  • Knowledge of change management and technology adoption best practices.
  • Passion for mobile gaming, digital advertising, and creative production.

Hybrid, based 3 days a week in Scoplely's offices in Barcelona, with 2 days work from home/remotely.
