Scopely in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join Flamed, our Marketing Creative Services team, on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). You will craft high‑quality 2D and 3D animations for UA ads, social, in‑game cinematics and promos, primarily for MONOPOLY GO!

and potentially other IPs in Scopely's portfolio. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of motion design experience, a compelling video reel, and expert skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane, Premiere and Photoshop, plus

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, advertising or related fields.
• An excellent video reel that demonstrates expert-level motion design and animation.
• Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Excellent art direction, storytelling, and visual taste.
• Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for creative excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for UA Ads, Social Media, In-Game Cinematics and promotional materials.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate static artwork, storyboards, and wireframes into engaging, lively animations that match the Monopoly GO! style.
• Iterative Design: Participate in review sessions, absorb feedback from Art Directors and peers, and iterate rapidly to polish animations.
• Asset Optimization: Maintain organized project files and ensure all motion files are optimized for a smooth mobile gaming experience.
• Quality Focus: Work with attention-to-detail in a constructive cross-feedback environment.

Scopely is looking for a Sr Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Services team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis (3 days at the office).

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will primarily work on MONOPOLY GO!, one of the top mobile games on the market, and may also support other IPs in our extensive portfolio as needed.

What you will do:

• Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for UA Ads, Social Media, In-Game Cinematics and promotional materials.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate static artwork, storyboards, and wireframes into engaging, lively animations that enhance the player experience and match the vibrant, playful style of Monopoly GO!.
• Iterative Design: Actively participate in review sessions, absorb feedback from Art Directors and peers, and iterate rapidly to polish animations to the highest quality.
• Asset Optimization: Maintain organized project files and follow best practices for asset delivery, ensuring all motion files are optimized for a smooth mobile gaming experience.
• Quality Focus: Work with an attention-to-detail attitude in a constructive cross-feedback environment.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, advertising, entertainment marketing or related fields.
• An excellent video reel (Mandatory) that demonstrates expert-level motion design and animation.
• Proficient in the standard tools of the trade: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Excellent art direction, storytelling, and visual taste.
• Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for creative excellence.
• Passionate of mobile games, especially Monopoly GO!.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Point:

• Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine to produce cinematic-quality renders.
• Additional knowledge of Unity and/or illustration.
• Understanding of social media, performance marketing, and user acquisition creatives.
• Proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools and their creative applications.
