Job summary

Carolina Herrera, within the Puig group, seeks a Marketing Animations Manager to support development and execution of key product launches, marketing animations and brand campaigns in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic recommendations, coordinate asset creation, and ensure timely delivery across touchpoints while maintaining brand identity and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand marketing, product development, a creative/design agency or a similar role.
• Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury would be an advantage.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to develop concepts from strategic insights.
• Good understanding of beauty, fashion, luxury, culture and consumer trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, proactive and solution-oriented in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• A creative portfolio would be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and marketing projects from concept to launch, including moodboards, naming, claims, packaging, gifting and activation ideas.
• Develop creative and strategic recommendations for launches, animations and campaigns.
• Prepare clear briefs for creative agencies and external partners.
• Coordinate development of creative assets including packaging, artwork, renders and campaign materials.
• Manage creative projects and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand and timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, PR & Communications, Media, E-commerce and Operations teams.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables, anticipate risks and propose solutions.
• Support campaign production and coordination of samples, products and materials for shoots, events and presentations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for internal and business meetings.
