We help independent jewellery business owners build authentic premium brands with carefully crafted visual strategies to maximise growth potential efficiently. Our services include jewellery photography, brand development, business audits, creative direction, identity building, social media strategies, and more.

Role
  • Building internal systems, templates, and workflows
  • Creating paid advertising systems (Meta)
  • Supporting SEO research, keyword mapping, and on-page optimisation
  • Managing brand identity, creative direction, & marketing projects
  • Supporting lead generation funnels
  • Email marketing flow maintenance
  • Building partnerships and collaborations in the jewellery industry
  • Creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Linkedin, Blog, Youtube)
  • Tracking and analyse performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) for our studio and our clients
  • Creating an expanding EU-based UGC network for jewellery brands
  • Assisting with photoshoot preparation, organisation, and delivery
  • Managing inboxes, client communication, and day-to-day admin
  • Conducting research and competitive analysis for clients
  • Preparing & tracking proposals, and pitch decks
  • Ensuring the overall operations of the studio run smoothly and efficiently

  • Confident in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Excel, Wix)
  • Social-media fluent — understands trends, formats, and best practices
  • Comfortable with client communication and professional written and spoken English
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with calm efficiency
  • Excited by the idea of working in an independent creative agency within the jewellery industry
  • Self-sufficient, reliable, and doesn’t need micromanaging
