Formación

  • Previous experience as a cook in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety procedures.
  • Genuine passion for gastronomy and excellence in presentation and flavor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining calm, order, and precision.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Basic or intermediate English level preferred.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare and execute dishes with precision, creativity, and respect for quality standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade and other departments.
  • Oversee mise en place, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Contribute ideas to menu development and culinary projects.
  • Support and guide new team members to share knowledge.
  • Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in all actions.
