CATORCE is seeking a Creative Community Moderator to bridge the Social Creative Team and Content Planning Team. You will translate community behaviour into creative opportunities, ensuring a credible, culturally fluent English voice for the brand.

In this role you will monitor conversations, feed trends into content planning, and collaborate with editorial teams to activate campaigns across social platforms.

Qualifications

• Native or fully fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media culture, online communities and audience behaviour.
• Naturally curious about internet culture, trends and creators.

Responsibilities

• Moderate conversations across the brand's social channels and external platforms.
• Provide community intelligence to inform content planning and creative development.
• Identify trends and cultural signals to shape editorial and activation strategies.
• Turn community input into creative opportunities and content ideas.
