Job summary

CATORCE in Barcelona is seeking a Creative Community Moderator to bridge the Social Creative Team and Content Planning Team, turning community signals into creative opportunities for CUPRA and SEAT. This is not a traditional Community Manager role; it focuses on voice, cultural awareness and relevance in social content.

You will ensure the brand speaks credibly in English, contribute to editorial input, and support publishing and reporting as part of a fast-paced, culturally connected agency

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English with strong writing skills.
• Solid understanding of social media culture and audiences.
• Curious about internet culture, trends and creators.
• Strong creative instinct to turn observations into ideas.
• Proactive communicator and good collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct connection between the brand and its social communities.
• Monitor audiences and engage in conversations in a brand-appropriate way.
• Identify recurring behaviours to inform social strategy and creative output.
• Ensure the brand has a credible, culturally fluent voice in English.
• Bring community insights into the creative process and participate in ideation.
• Identify opportunities for content and participation based on community signals.
• Contribute ideas, references and formats for editorial initiatives.
• Transform community conversations into creative opportunities, not just responses.
• Work with creative teams to develop ideas when extra support is needed.
• Keep an eye on trends and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
• Flag opportunities with clear rationale and inform future content drops.
• Support editorial activation and social activation of strategies.
• Ensure ideas translate into social behaviour, not just assets.
• Extend the life of creative work through participation and response.
• Moderate conversations across the brand’s channels and external platforms.
• Maintain a positive, authentic relationship with audiences.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team and maintain brand consistency.
• Assist with publishing, tagging, reporting and customer care as required.
