• Turn community insights into creative opportunities for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Social Creative and Content Planning teams.
• Identify trends and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
• Provide editorial support and ensure brand voice is culturally fluent in English.
• Support publishing, reporting and community data activities as needed.
