Schneider Electric is looking for a Deployment Leader to oversee the deployment of their Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. The role includes leading projects with Agile principles to enhance customer experience and support in-country deployments with internal methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project management, an engineering degree, and knowledge of CRM solutions like Salesforce and Oracle CPQ. The position offers a hybrid work plan and various employee benefits including additional vacation days and wellness programs.

What will you do?

This role is Deployment Leader for our Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. It is responsible for leading projects using agile principles to accelerate the deployment of our quotation platform, with the objective of delivering a superior experience to customers and partners, and providing a competitive advantage to the Front & Middle office.

• Ease and support the country deployments by promoting the use of our internal methodology (timeline, gate review, resources, …)
• Explain CPQ features and how the quotation process works in CPQ for our countries
• Animate the workshop with the country, explain the features in the reference model and identify the points where a deep dive is needed with the solution team
• Make sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.
• Provide functional explanations on the master data & connectors
• Ensure open points are tracked and solved, otherwise manage the appropriate escalation
• Provide demo of the CPQ solution and support the country in familiarizing with the application
• Drive, support the UAT sessions on CPQ side and be able to go into the details of the issue
• Provide guidance to the country all along the digitalization journey
• Actively contribute to the execution of continuous improvement initiatives which help to drive adoption
• Act as owner of the toolkit methodology and play an active role in its enhancement

Qualifications

• Experience in software project management and testing
• Experience as project manager in a complex environment
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management solutions including Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) or equivalent
• Knowledge in SAP SD and MM Module
• University or Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science
• Knowledge of agile methodologies/frameworks – Scrum, Kanban
• Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
