Our client is a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, specializing in enterprise network access control, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and the integration of 5G into corporate networks. With a focus on serving large to mid-sized enterprises, telecommunications operators, and networking integrators, they are expanding their presence in Spain and seeking an experienced and driven Country Sales Manager to lead this effort.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Country Sales Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing direct enterprise customers and strategic partners. Your role will be to develop and convert these relationships into long-term commercial projects while representing our client’s cutting-edge cybersecurity and networking solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within large and mid-sized enterprises, telecom operators, and networking integrators.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract negotiation.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the Spanish market.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at local industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within cybersecurity, telecommunications, or enterprise networking sectors.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and network security challenges.
  • Experience working with or selling to telecom operators and large enterprises.
  • Strong network within the Spanish tech and telecom ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
