Ikigai Talent Group is seeking a Country Rollout Manager to coordinate the rollout of digital products across multiple countries, acting as the main link between local stakeholders, international teams, and agile product squads. You will help ensure successful product adoption while supporting the evolution of digital solutions to meet country-specific business needs.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in software or digital project management.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.

• Manage agile boards and coordinate rollout activities across countries.
• Deliver training sessions and act as the primary contact between local teams and agile cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and product managers to support implementation and prioritisation.
• Gather business requirements from local teams and translate them into product improvements and digital solutions.
• Create design deliverables including wireflows, user flows, prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and interaction specifications for app and email touchpoints.

• Gather business requirements from local teams and translate them into product improvements and digital solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software or digital project management.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.
• Valuable: German proficiency, retail experience, PM certification, experience managing multicultural and multilingual digital projects, Agile app development experience, and the ability to work in time-sensitive and ambiguous environments.
