A business enablement and strategy company is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Málaga to oversee daily operations and manage client coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration and strong organizational skills, with a salary range of €30K-€35K annually. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with Arabic is preferred.

As the Customer Operations Manager , you will oversee the daily office operations, manage client and caregiver coordination, and handle billing and payroll processes.

This role is ideal for someone organized, analytical, and people-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple functions that keep both office and care operations running efficiently.
