CHEP Espana SA is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to advance CHEP's Cost Clarity program across Europe. You will influence pricing decisions, customer profitability, and cost transparency through advanced analytics and finance partnering.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial modelling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and improve commercial outcomes across 27 countries. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance or business analytics.
• Experience working within multinational organisations.
• Experience supporting commercial decision-making through financial analysis.
• Experience managing complex financial models and large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.
• Provide analytical support for business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
• Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools, automation efforts, and standardized processes.
• Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• support efforts to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial data quality, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including pricing strategies, cost savings initiatives, and performance tracking, to drive business improvements.

Job Description

Position Purpose

The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst plays a key role in advancing CHEP’s Cost Clarity program across Europe. The role enables better commercial decision-making by improving customer profitability insights, embedding cost transparency within commercial finance processes and delivering scalable solutions across 27 countries. The position combines finance modelling, advanced analytics and business partnering to improve pricing decisions, customer segmentation and profitability while supporting CHEP’s European our sustainable Growth strategy.

Experience
