Tradebe is seeking a Finance Controller Manager for its Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division. You will report to the CFO and lead accounting, tax and reporting activities while driving improvements to support strategic decision-making.

Based in the Barcelona area, you will manage a finance team of about 10 people, oversee closings, and collaborate with international stakeholders, including US teams, with a focus on GAAP compliance and strategic initiatives such as M&A integration.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience including at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar).
• Proven experience in multinational environments.
• Strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Team management experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring strict deadlines.
• Lead the external audit process and be the main point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
• Drive cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders (including US teams).
• Support M&A / integration processes.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.

We are currently looking for a Finance Controller Manager to join our Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division, a key role with international exposure and direct reporting to the CFO.

As Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, leading accounting, tax and reporting activities while driving improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.

You will:

• Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring strict deadlines
• Lead the external audit process and be the main point of contact
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
• Drive cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis
• Collaborate with international stakeholders (including US teams)
• Support M&A / integration processes
• Identify and implement process and system improvements

What we’re looking for
