Roca Group is seeking a Corporate Quality Business Process Owner to lead, standardize, and continuously improve Quality processes within a global SAP environment. The role connects business, IT and operations across regions to drive operational excellence.

You will define and lead corporate Quality Management processes, act as global SAP QM process owner, coordinate global Quality Key Users, deploy KPIs, and drive change management through training and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of experience in Quality environments and SAP (QM, SD, MM).
• Strong background in process management and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with strong results orientation.
• Experience in training and change management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead corporate Quality Management processes across all entities.
• Act as global SAP QM process owner, driving harmonization and best practices.
• Coordinate global Quality Key Users, ensuring alignment and ongoing support.

• Support strategic projects and SAP roll-outs, leading functional coordination for Quality.
• Design and deliver training programs to enable adoption of processes and tools.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding performance, projects and changes.

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Quality Business Process Owner to lead, standardize and continuously improve Quality processes within a global SAP environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence while connecting business, IT and operations across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead corporate Quality Management processes across all entities
• Act as global SAP QM process owner, driving harmonization and best practices
• Coordinate global Quality Key Users, ensuring alignment and ongoing support
• Define and deploy quality KPIs, supporting local teams in monitoring and improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and process enhancements
• Manage and prioritize Change Requests, ensuring proper testing and successful deployment
• Support strategic projects and SAP roll-outs, leading functional coordination for Quality

Internal & External relationships

You will collaborate closely with Corporate Quality, IT teams, local Quality teams, operations, aftersales and customer service in a highly cross-functional global environment.
