Current Job Opening: Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the legal operations of a group of companies within an international organization.
  2. Negotiate a wide range of global commercial transactions, including sales agreements, partnership deals, deeds, and more.
  3. Advise internal stakeholders on key issues and risks in commercial contracts, ensuring agreements meet internal standards and guidelines.
  4. Engage with internal business clients to develop a streamlined, efficient, and scalable contracting process.
  5. Support a fast-growing, dynamic, and innovative global company by handling various legal tasks as needed.
  6. Maintain flexibility and overlap working hours to accommodate meetings across global time zones.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  2. Ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
  3. Autonomy and concise decision-making skills.
  4. Understanding of privacy, data protection, information security, and ability to negotiate related agreements.
  5. Sound knowledge of law and legal systems.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
