Global Infrastructure Platform is seeking a Corporate & Structure Finance Analyst to support treasury and financing activities across an international portfolio of infrastructure assets, contributing to guarantees, project finance, hedging strategies, and strategic financial analysis.

You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across geographies, perform financial modeling, risk analysis, and prepare presentations for the Board to inform decision-making, while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• MBA or MSc and/or investment/finance certifications is highly desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial guarantees.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and risk analysis capabilities.
• Experience communicating across geographies and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate issuance, renewal, and cancellation of financial guarantees across an international portfolio.
• Coordinate execution of new guarantee facilities supporting both corporate and project finance.
• Forecast guarantee requirements across the infrastructure portfolio.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and the Board on guarantee utilization and future requirements.
• Support the Finance Manager in corporate financing initiatives.
• Support the Finance Manager in project finance transactions across the portfolio.
• Support the Finance Manager in hedging and derivative strategies.

We are looking for a Corporate & Structure Finance Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for corporate finance and infrastructure investments. In this role, you will support treasury and financing activities across an international portfolio of infrastructure assets, contributing to financial guarantees, project finance transactions, hedging strategies, and strategic financial analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of financial guarantees across an international portfolio of sustainable infrastructure assets.
• Coordinate the execution of new guarantee facilities supporting both corporate and project finance.
• Forecast guarantee requirements across the infrastructure portfolio.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors on guarantee utilization, capacity, and future requirements.
• Support the Finance Manager in corporate financing initiatives.
• Support the Finance Manager in project finance transactions across the infrastructure portfolio.
• Support the Finance Manager in the execution of hedging and derivative strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.

Highly desirable: degree (MBA, MSc) or investment/finance certifications.

Experience & Key Competencies
