A leading M&A investment banking firm in Spain seeks an experienced professional to drive the growth of their international network of M&A advisors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, particularly in Consulting or Investment Banking, and must possess C2-level English proficiency. ONEtoONE Corporate Finance is a leading global M&A investment banking firm (Middle-Market), with a presence in over 80 cities.

Your core mission

Driving the growth of our international network of independent M&A advisors. You will be the key figure in identifying, interviewing, and managing relationships with new network members. Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, research, and operations, to execute business development initiatives that align with company goals.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Executive Search.
  • C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) – a must. Additional language knowledge – a plus.
  • Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams, ideally covering some US business hours.
  • Based in Spain or able to work remotely from a similar time zone with appropriate work authorization.
  • Leadership mindset and a focus on results.
