Synthon is seeking an experienced Application Technician who will own the DMS, QMS and LMS landscape, ensuring regulatory compliance and business process support.

You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders and vendors to drive upgrades, validations and improvements, while managing access, documentation and user training across the organization, including Nijmegen HQ.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management or a comparable role.
• Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
• Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Job mission

Synthon is looking for an experienced Application Technician who, together with colleagues will be responsible for the management, continuity, optimization and further development of our Document Management System (DMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as the primary point of contact and application owner for these systems, ensuring they support business processes effectively and comply with quality and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues and external vendors, taking a leading role in application improvements, upgrades, validation activities and implementation projects.

Requirements

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
• Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business‑critical applications.
• Experience with vendor management and project‑based work.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.

Languages

Good command of the Spanish and English language, both excellent verbal and written communication skills.
