Talent Search People is expanding its Shared Service Center in Barcelona and recruiting motivated accounting professionals for an international finance team. You will work in a corporate accounting setting, supporting month-end close and ensuring accuracy across the full accounting cycle.

Joining this growing multinational environment offers exposure to ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, and collaboration with stakeholders across countries. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of accounting, general ledger or similar finance experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the full accounting cycle.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience in international or multinational environments is valued.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and ability to collaborate.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support day-to-day accounting activities within the Corporate Accounting team.
• Participate in month-end close and general accounting tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records and transactions.
• Work with ERP systems to process and maintain accounting information.
• Support transition and integration of accounting processes into the Barcelona Shared Service Center.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across countries and departments.
• Identify issues, propose solutions and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and reporting activities.

As part of an ambitious business transition project, their Shared Service Center in Barcelona is expanding its Finance team and looking for motivated accounting professionals who want to grow in an international setting.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage and support day-to-day accounting activities within the Corporate Accounting team.
