Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Core UX task force within the Scale tribe. You will own cross-platform experiences end to end, focusing on navigation, onboarding, login, search, and cashback experiences with reliability as a core pillar.

You will collaborate with a small team including a Product Designer and software engineers. You will work under the Scale tribe leadership to drive user delight, performance, and foundational improvements, balancing platform constraints and business

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience handling large user bases and end-to-end roadmaps.
• Strong UX judgment and a sense for how things feel to users.
• Comfortable in technical environments and able to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Data-driven with ability to instrument and interpret metrics.
• Hands-on with AI tools in product work.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and prioritization.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own core surfaces - navigation, onboarding and login, search, and rewards - end-to-end.
• Decide cross-platform trade-offs and where platform-specific divergence is worth the cost.
• Define reliability and performance metrics and monitor them as a product feature.
• Lead foundational work: design systems, codebase consolidation, tooling improvements.
• Drive discovery and shipping of experiments to improve user delight and personalization.
• Align stakeholders across multiple teams and communicate trade-offs clearly.
