Job summary

Accor in Spain is seeking an organized Coordinador/a de Programas de Formación Continua for a fully remote role. You can work from Burgos or anywhere in Spain, planning, executing, and overseeing diverse training programs to meet participant needs and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, excellent communication, and a passion for lifelong learning, acting as liaison between participants, instructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in program coordination, event management, or similar role in education/training.
• Proven project management with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience working in a remote team.
• Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and logistics of continuing education programs.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with instructors, subject matter experts, and external training providers.
• Coordinate development and distribution of training materials, certificates, and other program documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for participants and provide support throughout their program.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance program quality.
• Monitor program performance against key metrics and generate regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies.
