SAICA NATUR S.L. busca un Supervisor de Controlling para liderar el análisis financiero y la generación de informes clave. Serás responsable de los cierres mensuales, consolidación y desarrollo de informes para directivos regionales y nacionales, asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento de normativas.

Se exige licenciatura en Administración de Empresas y/o Economía, 3–5 años de experiencia y nivel de inglés B2. Se valoran habilidades en SAP, Excel y Power BI, así como experiencia en IA aplicada a

Formación

• Graduado en Administración de Empresas y/o Economía, según requisitos del puesto.
• Experiencia de 3–5 años en funciones similares o como Head of Administration/Accounting.
• Inglés B2 obligatorio; francés opcional (intermedio) según la oferta.

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar la fiabilidad y relevancia de los informes para responsables de país y área.
• Aplicar políticas de la empresa en igualdad, medio ambiente, salud, seguridad y calidad.
• Soportar cierres mensuales y procesos de consolidación y análisis financiero.
• Confeccionar y mejorar informes mensuales (P&L, KPI, ventas, Steering/Board).
• Elaborar previsiones mensuales/anuales con controladores regionales.
• Identificar incidencias IT/IS y colaborar con IT/IS para resolverlas.

Ensuring the reliability and relevance of the Reporting and to provide Country and Area Managers with the elements of analysis that are necessary for the control of the Company. Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety and Quality. Monitoring and support business units in the month-end closing processes Consolidation, analysis of financial information. Ensure analytical model in each end month close and communicate any change on it. Ensure reconciliation between analytical and financial results Prepare, and communicate and improve the monthly reports (P&L, KPI’s, sales reports, Stering Committee’s and Board Directors reports...). Verification of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability with internal procedures and policies Prepare monthly and annual forecasts with regional/country controllers Prepare specific reporting according with new needs in the Business Area. Solve any doubt to Area Manager, Country Manager, Functional Managers and Regional managers about the reporting and results. Report any IT/IS incidences and collaborate with IT/IS department in order to solve them. Actively contributing to cross-functional projects across different departments within the area. Leading the development and implementation of new IT/IS tools as robotization, digitalization in the department and implementing Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize financial reporting and decision-making Control the company’s Annual Investment Plan (AIP) and supervise investment profitability studies. Analyse the customer risks and make the necessary decisions in each case. Analyse profitability by customer and by product. in the annual budgeting process. Ensure compliance with tax, labour, accounting regulations, etc. Manage company insurance policies.

• Mandatory: Graduate in Business Administration, Economics.
• IT skills: high knowledge of Excel, SAP, Business Intelligence tools as Power BI, experience applying AI to financial reporting
• Mandatory: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar post or as Head of Administration or Accounting
