CONTROLLING & ACCOUNTING JR. ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support invoicing and accounting processes according to company policies, ensuring smooth financial operations
• Assist with investor reporting and monthly closings, key to drive the company’s strategy
• Participate in automation and improvement of our business ERP (Microsoft Business Central), enhancing our ability to scale
• Contribute to tax presentation, including managing banking relationships
• Control balance sheet accounts, deep diving on variances, reconciliations, and root‑cause analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights
• Prepare financial reports, including gross margin analysis, CAC, LTV and more KPIs used in the start‑up environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education – Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Data Analytics; master’s degree is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; close‑knit teamwork is key
• Ambition to grow exponentially with the company; see this role as the beginning of a long‑term journey
• Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SQL or other programming skills would be a plus
