Your mission :
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local statutory rules and PGCS model.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us :
- Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles and also Pepsico’s policies and guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in all accounting information. Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region / Sector reporting team.
- Perfom monthly cogs calculation in coordination with supply team
- Generate and analyze on a monthly base, the most relevant KPIs : Volume, Cost Cause of Change, Mix Effect.
- Perfom analysis of different PL against Previous year or Forecast and explaining the main drivers for the differences
- Balance Sheet Review : drive reviews, reconciliation process, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities on BS.
- Operating Cash Flow analysis
- Support Auditors and Audit reviews : provide full transactions clarification and documentation as required. Elaboration of local statutory accounts
- Manage Key Controls related to Financial Reporting and inventory to cogs processes and ensure completeness of the controls.
- Support compliance with spanish and local legal and tax requirements
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- 2 years in Control / Audit / Financial department
- Qualified with Business Administration, Economics or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Fluent English Level
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel.
- Organizational capacity, planning and time management : “Focus and get things done fast”
- Good knowledge of SAP and HFM
- Good knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting
- Analytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data. Ability to make decisions within short timeframes and under pressure.
