A leading data and software services company is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition for Sales and Engineering teams. The recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting process and must have 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication are essential. This role includes hybrid work options and will be critical during a phase of rapid growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience focused on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring for software, hardware, and engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
