The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in content or digital marketing, possess excellent writing skills, and be comfortable with various content creation tools. This role offers creative freedom and a chance to shape how the brand communicates with customers.

Formación

  • 2-4 years of experience in content, copywriting, or digital marketing.

We’re helping a fast-growing D2C brand within lifestyle and wellness hire a Content Specialist to strengthen their marketing and storytelling efforts.

The brand operates mainly online, selling directly to consumers across Europe — and you’ll be part of a small but ambitious marketing team focused on creativity, quality, and conversion.

This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, has a good sense of visual communication, and understands how content drives growth in e‑commerce.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and create content for newsletters, landing pages, and social campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers and performance marketers to turn ideas into high-performing assets
  • Optimise copy and visuals for conversion while keeping the brand voice consistent
  • Manage and update content calendars across markets and platforms
  • Coordinate translations, photoshoots, and product launches
  • Analyse content performance and propose improvements based on data

You’ll work daily in Notion, Klaviyo, Canva (or Figma), and analytics tools such as GA4 and Triple Whale.

What we’re looking for
  • 2–4 years of experience in content, copywriting, or digital marketing — ideally in e‑commerce or D2C
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
  • Understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice, and SEO principles
  • Data‑aware mindset: you measure what works and iterate fast
  • Organised, curious, and comfortable handling multiple projects at once

Experience writing for social, email, or product pages is highly valued. If you’ve worked closely with performance teams or creative production before, that’s also a plus.
