Dow Jones is seeking a Content Quality Analyst to join our Due Diligence team in Barcelona. You will review, proofread and edit bespoke reports to meet client specifications, collaborating with the Due Diligence Research Editors and Managers to ensure high-quality output for clients worldwide.

You will verify information from multiple sources, identify deviations from quality standards, and contribute to guidelines and tools that support the team. There are 2 vacancies for this position.

  • Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
  • Review and verify complex information from another language into English.
  • Validate information from multiple sources and ensure it is clear and concise.
  • Identify, communicate, and correct deviations of quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance and testing of guidelines, data and tools that will support the team.
  • Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality.
  • Support training of future members of staff.
  • Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects.
  • Support translation services as and when required.

You Will

You Have
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics
  • Strong research skills, including online search tools
  • An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity
Preferred
  • Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence
  • Fluency in at least one of the following: Portuguese, French, German, Hebrew, Dutch, Nordic languages, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Farsi
  • Specialist legal, business or financial knowledge
