• Uploads, organizes, and manages content on the organization's website or content management system.
• Collaborates with campaign managers and applies intermediate oversight to editorial or content calendar.
• Applies intermediate knowledge to perform content audit to ensure relevance, accuracy, structure, and grammar, and maps persona and journey stage.
• Manages collaboration with assigned agencies relevant for content creation, and manages the budget against targets.
• Facilitates communications between marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate content efforts and ensure messaging consistency.
• Executes building initiative flow to map how content flows across the initiative, including nurture tools.
• Tracks content performance using analytics tools and monitors metrics like website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Ensures content complies with legal and regulatory requirements such as copyright and privacy laws.
• Works independently on moderate scope digital content problems, following company policies and procedures.
