Datawords Group is seeking a Content Manager to oversee Italian content quality and collaborate with clients and multinational teams. You will ensure copy aligns with brand voice while managing budgets and deadlines across projects.

Responsibilities include creating editorial briefs, glossaries, and training editors, translators and proofreaders. A linguistics background and office-skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Native Italian speaker with English and French fluency.
• Background in linguistic project management or translation.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to style.
• Interpersonal skills, adaptability and multitasking ability.
• Experience with Trados Studio is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

As Content Manager the employee reports directly to the Content Manager - Team Leader.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with clients in Italian-speaking markets and multinational internal teams
• Quality control of Italian content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formats
• Overseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries
• Ensuring copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone of voice, and brand image
• Balancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projects
• Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders

Requirements:

• Secondary and higher education in Italy
• Working languages mandatory: Italian (native-speaker level required), English and French
• Linguistic project management, journalistic, or translation background
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
• Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion
• Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy
• Experience with Trados Studio a plus

Conditions:

• Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to18:00
• 23 days of holidays + flexible public holidays
• 5/6 remote work per month
