eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Content Design Manager in Barcelona (hybrid) to lead a community of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Designer within Product. You will guide AI-assisted content workflows, align content strategy with business goals, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

• Proven leadership experience scaling and managing large teams (10+ people).
• Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI into content workflows and leading teams through AI transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an overarching content strategy that meets the organisation’s objectives, delivers measurable results, and embraces an AI-augmented workflow.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer in the Product organisation.
• Drive the strategic adoption and optimisation of our internal content generation tool (AI content agent), ensuring the team leverages it effectively to accelerate delivery and maximise content quality.
• Define “human-in-the-loop” workflows, establish AI prompt engineering best practices, and build quality assurance frameworks for AI-generated content.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to craft content strategies and give clear guidance to the content design team on goals and success metrics.
• Align business goals and priorities with user needs to support the company’s strategic direction.
• Prioritise and collaborate with counterpart colleagues across main eDreams areas within Product and other business areas.
• Champion best-in-class content design practices within eDreams, acting as the bridge between Product and human-centric writing.
• Act as an inspiring leader with strong influencing skills who can quickly build credibility with team members and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Periodically review current workflows to implement better ways of working, particularly identifying new opportunities for AI automation to optimise team performance.
• Manage and mentor team members by creating “learn and grow” programs that upskill them in AI-era competencies.

What you will do:

What you need to succeed:

Good to have

• 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role dealing with Content Design, content and strategy.
• Proven leadership experience scaling and managing large teams (10+ people), including managing other managers or leads.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI (LLMs, custom AI agents) into content workflows and leading teams through AI transformation.
• Native English speaker and fluency in other European languages.
• Experience in eCommerce companies applying best-in-class retail techniques; travel sector experience is highly valued.
• Experience working with cross-functional executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, and maintaining brand tone of voice at scale using AI tools.
• Understand content strategy and conversion tactics in an eCommerce environment.
• Process-oriented independent thinker who proactively identifies areas for improvement and technological integration.
• Team player with a positive/proactive attitude and a great sense of humour.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
