Keenfolks, a cutting-edge AI marketing agency, seeks a junior finance professional in Barcelona to join our Finance team. You will own day-to-day data entry, reconciliations, and operational tasks that keep our financial engine running smoothly.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to learn in a fast-moving, international environment, and ready to collaborate with the Finance Director. English and Spanish proficiency required; hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficient in Excel with complex formulas and data handling.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and a fast-learning mindset.
• Willingness to grow within a fast-moving international agency.
• Professional working Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Process and record vendor invoices, expenses, and client billing with accuracy and speed.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Maintain and update AR/AP records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Support monthly close with journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Manage spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting templates across the finance function.
• Flag discrepancies early and follow through until resolved.
• Assist with cash flow tracking and treasury reporting.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented, energetic junior finance professional to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You'll work directly with our Finance Director, owning the day-to-day data entry, reconciliations, and operational tasks that keep our financial engine running clean. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to a fast-moving international agency and is hungry to learn.

What You Will Do

• Process and record vendor invoices, expenses, and client billing with accuracy and speed
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations on a regular basis
• Maintain and update AR/AP records, ensuring data integrity at all times
• Support monthly close with journal entries and ledger maintenance

You Are Likely a Fit If...

• You have 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role (or a recent degree/FP in Comptabilitat i Finances, ADE, or similar, with relevant internship experience)
• You're confident in Excel: reconciliations, formulas, structured data don't intimidate you
• You're precise, humble, and take ownership of your work
• You want to stay and grow: this is not a stepping stone, it's a foundation
• You're comfortable in a fast, international environment where things move quickly
• Professional working Spanish and English
