Jobtailor in Valencia, Spain is seeking a versatile Talent Solutions Assistant to manage candidate pipelines and support client engagements. You will provide timely updates to candidates, help prepare pitches, and ensure compliance with industrial legislation across engagements.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication, hitting weekly activity quotas, researching industry trends, and producing recruitment progress reports for leadership.

• Must understand theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline.

• Capable of preparing reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction.

• Research industry trends and deliver insights on operational and contingent workers
• Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate sales pipeline data
