Jobtailor in Sevilla, Spain is seeking a Recruitment Support professional focused on blue-collar roles. You will assist with screening, interviewing, and short-term staffing for client needs, while building relationships with candidates and evaluating sourcing channels for KPI measurement.

The role emphasizes providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring clear communication of client value propositions throughout the placement process.

• Assists with the screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification.
• Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests.
• Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.
• Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjusts approaches accordingly to attract blue-collar candidates.
• Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence.
• Develops relationships with blue-collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.
• Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to blue-collar candidates.
