Randstad Spain is seeking an entry-level Sales Support professional to assist in preparing client presentations, reporting and tracking opportunities across staffing solutions.

You will work with account teams to understand client needs, contributing to successful staffing across operational roles. Onboarding and on-the-job training are provided, with a friendly work environment and clear growth paths.

• Assists in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials. Develops a basic understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus
• Documents key discussion points from client meetings and calls, sharing follow-up notes with internal teams and the client
• Assists in key client performance indicators reporting, such as placement success rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, efficiency for providing staffing solutions for operational roles
• Ensures accurate entry of operational client contract details into internal systems, assisting Sales Support with record-keeping
• Maintains and ensures accurate and up-to-date records of Operational Talent Solutions sales opportunities in the CRM system
