• Experience in recruitment coordination is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes exam/assessments for operational talent, follows up and ensures completion within agreed timelines
• Manages initial candidate interactions, providing responses to general candidate inquiries as well as to inquiries regarding career conversations about job security and income continuity for temporary jobs
• Assists in scheduling interviews and coordinates with hiring teams, supporting both order-based and proactive sourcing requests for temporary placements
• Maintains and updates specialized candidate tracking systems for temporary workers, enhancing the short-term sourcing pipeline
• Books meeting rooms/locations for interviews with candidates
• Works closely with Recruitment Experts to understand the requirements of operational roles, standardizing candidate information to better support sourcing for temporary placements
