Job summary

Alten is seeking experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote, contractor project aimed at operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You will audit, optimize, and document complex workflows and ensure data consistency across platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in CRM admin, hands-on project leadership, and strong SQL/API/data modeling skills to support billing, CPQ, and integration efforts in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
