A technology consulting firm is seeking a SAP Basis Consultant / Administrator in Madrid to maintain and improve SAP infrastructure. You will install, configure and administer systems, monitor performance, and manage upgrades. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and S / 4HANA, and cloud proficiency, especially in AWS. SAP Basis certifications are preferred.

Position: SAP Basis Consultant / Administrator

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)

Type: Full-time | Permanent

We are seeking a SAP Basis Consultant / Administrator with solid experience in SAP NetWeaver and S / 4HANA environments to join a dynamic technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of the SAP infrastructure.

The environment is technically challenging, featuring cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and Oracle as the primary database. Previous experience with the SAP HCM module will be considered a plus, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

Technical administration of SAP NetWeaver and S / 4HANA systems.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments (DEV, QAS, PRD).

System performance monitoring and resolution of technical incidents.

Patch management, system upgrades, and application of OSS Notes.

Oracle database administration within the SAP environment.

Management of RFC connections, SAProuter, and the transport system (CTS).

Technical support in cloud environments (AWS), including system deployment and maintenance of virtualized systems.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant.

Strong experience with SAP NetWeaver and S / 4HANA.

Proficiency in cloud environments, preferably AWS.

Experience with Oracle databases.

Understanding of Linux / Unix operating systems.

Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (minimum B2) for an international technical environment.

Previous experience in SAP HCM projects (not mandatory).

SAP Basis or HANA certifications.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, SAPCAR, and SNOTE.
