Galderma is building a Global Capability Center in Barcelona. The Consolidation Analyst will support monthly close, prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, and act as IFRS expert for global finance tasks.

The role requires 6–8 years of consolidation experience and strong IFRS knowledge, with English fluency and advanced Excel skills. You will work in a hybrid Barcelona setting, collaborating across the finance function to improve processes, train teams, and support the Group CFO with

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance with a professional qualification.
• 6–8 years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, advisory, or audit.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IFRS 2,3,7,9,15,16; IAS 19,36) and Excel proficiency.
• English fluent; consolidation tools experience is a strong advantage.

In addition, this role is instrumental in preparing the bi-annual external financial statements preparation in compliance with IFRS. She/he has focuses on the application of accounting standards and the development of accounting guidance/trainings and oversees specific accounting areas (esp. share-based payments accounting administration, impairment testing and financial instruments).
