Reporting to the Configuration Team Lead, you will analyze requests, propose optimal solutions, and manage multiple projects with independence and efficiency. The role requires programming experience and strong analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with Professional Services, Product & Development, and other stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–3 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML.
• Experience with SOAP, APIs and OAuth integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver configurations and localizations for the Qapter suite of products.
• Utilize programming experience to become an expert configurator.
• Analyze requests to present the best outcomes for configuration delivery.
• Manage multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the configuration team and other departments to achieve project goals.
• Maintain documentation and track progress in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
