The Role

The Configuration Specialist is an expert role responsible for delivering configuration and localization for the Qapter suite of products. Reporting to the Configuration Team Lead, this position can be filled at a junior or senior level and offers a potential career development path from other Professional Services teams. The role involves analyzing configuration requests and delivering optimal solutions while working independently and efficiently. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with the configuration team and colleagues in Professional Services and Product & Development.

• Excellent time management and self-organization abilities to handle multiple tasks.
