Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe near Madrid seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Project Lead (EFA FAL & Prototypes) to join the Combat ME Team. You will drive process industrialisation, manage planning and CAPEX, and support shop floor operations on FAL and prototype programs.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing engineering, strong teamwork, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a hybrid working model and opportunities for professional growth within a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial or related).
• 2–5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, process industrialisation, and planning.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead BO&S processes, managing subcontracting, planning, CAPEX, risk & opportunities, and hours.
• Drive process industrialisation and change management with ME standards.
• Provide shop floor sustaining and operational support; resolve manufacturing issues.
• Create and manage technical documentation per manufacturing standards.
