Managing Composites in Bilbao is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to own parts and systems, define targets, and drive technical progress with design, analysis and manufacturing teams. You’ll unblock issues, coordinate suppliers, and keep the technical flow moving.

This role focuses on delivering concrete engineering outcomes rather than budgets or high-level strategy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, spend time on shop floor, and communicate with customers and suppliers to accelerate

Formación

• Understanding how composite parts are designed and manufactured with materials, layups, thicknesses, tolerances, GD&T and design implications.
• Able to plan under budget and time constraints and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset; can investigate, analyse and propose solutions.
• Proficient with Excel for visibility and traceability.
• Maintains tidy logs and documentation; keeps records up to date.

Responsabilidades

• Own parts/systems: set cost/weight/technical targets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to clarify requirements and review designs.
• Unblock issues, chase dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders to keep momentum.
• Plan and control timelines aligned with the program plan; ensure timely inputs and milestones.
• Communicate with suppliers/customers and internal teams; on-site visits when needed.
